Everyone gets made when there is a tattle tale, but why? What did the tattle tale do? Oh, they told the truth about what happen. Why is that so bad? Because workers broke the rule and they don't want the boss to find out.
I remember my siblings using the technique just to try to get Mom and Dad not to find out what happen. The problem never was the tattle tale.
On the other hand not every little thing is of major importantance so there is no need for a person to go out of there way to tell on everything. When a person is directly asked however they shouldn't lie or leave parts out. Instead they should honestly answere the question.
